Discus and support Xbox One 1708 model controller joystick module in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've bought some aftermarket housing and face plates and what not for my 1708.     I've bought some aftermarket housing and face plates and what not for my 1708. Anyways I've got a drifting joystick, thing is, I've already replaced it twice. Soldered and everything. And it's still drifts. What could possibly be the issue? I have a bag
    full of brand new joystick modules surely they're not all bad. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on with the joystick? I've replaced many modules in the past successfully, but this particular one is giving me a fit. Any suggestions?

    Why can I only connect one of my 2 controllers to my pc?

    Im using it through installation but its not getting reconised by my pc. The controller alone works fine with my xbox however its working on my pc. Its the 1708 Model controller which is not working but my other one is also a 1708 Model but it is beeing recoised by my pc.

    Sorry to hear it. I think you may want to contact the seller about this. If the controller design hasn't changed then this one may be a refurbished one with a new set of bumpers
