Xbox One 0.00 Mbs download speed

I'm having a problem with my xbox. It could be a hardware problem but I do not know. I can connect to xbox live and browse the store and such but when I try and play a game it wont connect to the servers. I've tried many games. I decided to test the speed
on my xbox and it says 0.00 mbs download and 6 up. I thought that cant be right so I turned on my hotspot on my phone to test another connection and low and behold it's still 0.00 mbs download. I've tried changing the dns no luck. I tried port forwarding and
dmz but still no luck. Can someone help me solve this. Oh and sometimes when I test it it does say 0.10 mbs down but it never goes higher than that.

Hi there Rapid,

Are you near the router? the further away will affect the speed.

Also how many devices are connected to the internet? this will also affect the speed.

Annd check your suppliers site to see if there are any known issues.

(i know you said you connected your phone but the mobile internet isnt always fast enough)

Yes I'm near the router. I've tried wired and wireless and still the same results. I also contacted my ISP the other day thinking that was the problem but nope they have no issues on their end. I can watch Netflix fine that's like the only thing that works
correctly its really confusing me. I am the only one connected to the internet. My pc works fine on the internet so does everything else though except my xbox.

Thank you for all the advice i was able to fix it. My ISP Was wrong and i didnt notice it due to my frustration. And it is now working. I also tryed the either net cable as suggested. And that helped when i called my internet provider to fix the router.
Every thing is back to normal and i can even use the wifi on it again.
