Xbox on Windows none of my DLC works

As of yesterday, October 4, I can't access any of my DLC's on any of my games. Playing the master chief collection, it says none of the games are downloaded even though they are actually installed, (in the MCC, each halo game is considered DLC. They are all installed, but the game menu claims none of them are installed when they actually are). World War Z Aftermath DLC also stopped working yesterday and it says it's installed. Nothing has changed and I've never changed file locations. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the games and DLC but still the extra content doesn't work. Any solutions? Games work and are playable, but the DLC for the games are not playable even though they are correctly installed.

Depending on the game, it may be an issue with the Store itself...a couple of Developers have noticed there is an issue and it is being worked on. The last few replies on this thread confirm this:

It could of course be a separate issue...difficult to know

Went through your check list again just to try it and my dlc works again. Thank you for helping me!

I am having the same issue except with Crusader Kings 3 DLC, I own the Royal Edition. I am attempting the steps you've listed but have not had any luck so far.

Did you contact the game developer? I tried the list 3 times and it doesn't work for me... I'm having the same issues with wwz dlc.

Nothing seems to be working. I reset everything. I'm very confused as to what has happened to my game content and why I no longer have access to it even though it's all downloaded.
