XBOX on PC showing that a game is queued for download when it in fact isn't.

So, me and my friend were recently going to be playing ARK Survival Evolved. However we cannot because of the fact that I cannot download it, Its showing that its in queue when its not, saying "INSTALLING IN PROGRESS 0%" when its not installing, i click "View Progress" and there's absolutely nothing in my queue or installing.

So i've went around and did a few of the troubleshoot options that it has suggested... None of them have worked. And so I went over to the Ultimate edition of the game and tried installing that (Since it has ARK included, i assumed that it would just install it with the ultimate addition stuff with it.) It downloads like, 200MB before just stopping and never being able to download it ever again.

(Update, Its now "Uninstalling" but its not in queue nor doing anything other than saying "Uninstalling", it says i can play it now but it does literally nothing when i click "play")

Sorry for the pause on a response, but it still won't work disappointingly enough, it downloads up to 3% then just stops. It keeps sending the same error code and I've even disabled my antivirus to see if that fixed it (The error code page suggested I should) and that didn't work either.

So, what i've done to troubleshoot it is, Restart my PC (about three times), everything on the xbox error code page (Restarting PC, Messing around with gaming services, etc etc.) and finally I've gone to the game itself in xbox, closed xbox entirely and restarted it.

Issue was fixed for a solid 25 minutes before having the same issue again, I have no idea what's happening anymore with it

Perform this procedure. All of these steps may take some time to complete.

1. Open Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

2. Copy and paste these commands execute them by pressing Enter, you must do this for each one.

- sfc /scannow

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

3. In the Windows browser type "wsreset" and run that app.

This will open the Microsoft Store, wait a few seconds and close it.

Restart the PC and try again.

When you purchase games through the marketplace on the PC they are queued up to download on your console the next time you turn it on. So they should start downloading when you turn on your console.
