xbox (on PC) multiplayer not working (Teredo cannot qualify & NAT type moderate)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

Ok, basically, UPnP stands for Universal Plug and Play, is a set of computer networking protocols released by the UPnP Forum. The goals of UPnP are to connect directly and simplify the implementation of networks at home and in offices. The "Connect and Use" technology is for direct connection between a computer and a device.

The UPnP feature is among the configurations on your driver, such as the DMZ zone, the DMZ zone, you only will put your IP address.

As for the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, this is the DNS.

My internet company isn't very good at helping, so I'm kind of on my own. I opened the ports again, which I know how to do, then I restarted the router, but I have no idea how to enable UPnP or what it is, and I have no idea what this means: "Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration. " About the last part with the IPv4, I have already been told to change it to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if that's what you mean (no idea what that does either I just did it).

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens
