    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening and concerning.

    You say that you have tried everything. Could you go into a little more detail as to what exactly you tried?

    I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off. If
    those did not do the trick, I would suggest getting the console
    replaced or repaired    .

    All my apps work fine. Not overheating. Any game shuts it off completely.
