Xbox not working

I'm sorry to see any console issues! It sounds like the console is struggling with the Instant On feature. My first suggestion would be to set that console up to Energy
Saving mode for a couple days, and then switch it back. This should give the console a bit of a break from being on consistently.

If that doesn't work, try out a
soft factory reset (keeping your games & apps). This will refresh the operating system on your console, but won't remove any of your games and apps so you don't have to download them again.

Let me know how this goes! We'll want to look at our next steps if that doesn't help out.

No it's not new started doing this after the last update now I can't push nothing at all after the green screen

Sorry to hear you are having problems, i am here to help.

If your xbox is turned on and all the cables are connected, and your tv is saying the " no signal" it can only be 2 things

1- your tv is on the wrong source, i.e hmdi, tv, av ect. So please check by pressing the source button, and go onto hmdi,

2- that port has a problem so if you have a second or third hmdi port, use that. But do remember that each port is separate,

So source would say hmdi 1, hmdi 2 ect. So it is possible to plug into the wrong one, you normally use.
