    Xbox not working properly after doing reset


    I did a reset on my Xbox that was supposed to save my games and apps. After finishing the entire thing the Xbox has no games or apps installed, I cannot access my library or open the store. Everything just loads and loads but nothing happens.

    I have it connected to a network so I do not know what is wrong. I can't update it or do anything with it.

    Hi GoingBarefoot, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Now getting disconnected from game servers every hour or so.

    Still having an issue. I contacted my ISP who directed me how to properly do port forwarding. It worked to some extend. It works for once reset, but seems to break after that.

    Hello. I already said it started working normally after I powered it on from the console. I was wondering what the rapid flashes indicate. I see no reason to reset the console if it is so far working properly. What do the rapid flashes mean?
