Xbox not working proper

Tried contacting support but it was not available for my issue and when i tried a different issue to lay this on them i just could not connect was waiting ages but heres whats going on my xbox has been acting weird latley and i dont exactly know what the
issue is my xbox gets stuck on the start up screen for 15 mins before going black for 5 mins and then launching the dashboard, but sometimes it restarts before getting to this point or completly freezes.. once i get to the dashboard nothing loads i get this
error 0x8027025a i have tried restarting tried hard resetting by holding the power button for 10 seconds and leaving it for abit before restarting, but i still have the same problem it takes for ever to boot up and nothing loads, i read that holding the sync
eject and pressing the power button brings up safe mode when rebooting the console but i cannot do that as my sync button is broken so im not sure what to do, i tried going to settings when i get to the dash board so i can do a factory reset but it does not
load and i get this error code once i try to click on settings 0x800706ba, Is there anything i can do? I tried talking to the virtual assistant but it does not even know what the 0x800706ba error code is, and also one thing it let me do on the dashboard was
access my games and apps took a few minuites to load but i could not do anything once there.. nothing will update its all stuck at 0% and im not sure if my xbox is broke or not but i hope not still quite a few months away from next gen.. if you have any idea
whats going on with my console please let me know.

Hm, strange problem. You didn't provide us with the type of your console. Please try this:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

3. Press and hold the BIND (controller sync button located on the left side of the console or bottom right if a one S or one X) and the EJECT button and then just press the Xbox button on the console once.

4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

7. To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

9. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Sorry to hear it. If your console is an Original Xbox One then I'm afraid you would need to look into replacing it as Xbox no longer takes those in for repairs.

However, if it's an S or X then I would recommend setting up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com for the console

you should set xbox home in the proper way, to get it working again

mine works i just got a second xbox one and i just plug and play and it works fine and showes the proper percentage.

You must have a router or a modem in order to have proper working internet on your XBOX console.

If it plugs right into the wall, it is not going to work.
