    Xbox not working following Insider update


    Hey everyone! Was wondering if I could get some help. Joined Xbox Insider and enrolled in the update programe for the Xbox OS. As it was updating the console, the update crashed midway and now the Xbox won't update. I've tried every possible fix; power cycle, reset, factory reset, Offline Update (OSU1, 2 and 3) and nothing is working. Is there any other method I can try? The ring I joined was the beta ring so I'm not sure why this has happened!

    Can you please try following the
    update support guide     and it will hopefully help you to complete the update on your console. Please not using the offline update in the link below may not work if you are in the Xbox Insider program, If you are in the Xbox Insider program you may with to

    Offline updates do not work for Insider builds, please follow the link I posted and raise your issue there. You will get the correct help and support for Insiders

    Thank you both for the suggestions. gds1972, I did the offline update using a USB as suggested in the "update support guide", all worked and back up and running now. Really appreciate your help! Cheers.
