Xbox not unlocking "Complete Sequence 3" Achievement even thou I have met required ...

I was playing Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed 3: remaster and painstaking getting 100% synchronization in all the mail sequences.

I finally ended up playing though sequences 12 beating the game however no achievements unlocked passed sequence 11:

The Sum of Truth

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

Perfectionist

I figured it was a live update glitch and might sync in time, but after 2 week now those achievements are still locked with a few other that I know I met the requirements for including:

Fin

Jager Bomb (killed at least 15 in the replay attempt trying for this achievement but nothing unlocked)

The odd thing is I know I met the requirements for at least for the 'The Sum of Truth' achievement for completing sequence 12 as it is unlocked in my Uplay account. Bit disappointing as I would not have got tough the painstaking effort to get 100% in each
of the main sequences.

Did anyone else experience these types of "Schrodinger' Achievements where they can be locked in one system and unlocked in another?

Hey sword, my issue wasn't with Tomb Raider, but yesterday while playing Halo Spartan Assault I finished all the missions with a gold star and didn't get the achievement.

Looking at the achievement on the console it even showed I had completed 100% of the requirements, so randomly about 3 hours later and after I had already unlocked more achievements, 117 (complete all gold stars) unlocked and it even positioned itself behind
the other achievements in the list as if it knew it was unlocked before them.

So if you go and check it will show you a percentage of how close you are to getting the achievement, at least then you know if the system recognises you've met the requirements.

Same here all my progress on my games achievement bars have reset and 3 achievements didn't unlock in assassins creed black flag when I met the requirements

To successfully unlock achievements and challenges, you need to make sure the following are true:

• You have completed all of the required elements to unlock the achievement.
  
  Note You may have to unlock a combination of achievements.
• Your console must be connected to Xbox Live. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox One console cannot be set to offline.

I just checked your gamercard and it is registering that you have completed 100% progress on the achievement, yet it remains locked. Since the Xbox is recognizing that you have met the requirements, try doing a hard reboot. It's possible the achievement
will unlock once start the game up again.
