    Xbox not turning On properly


    hi can someone please help me my Xbox one comes up with a few options of restart this Xbox, reset this Xbox, turn off or offline update I have tried restoring it both saving games and factory restore. Nothing has a irked person lease can I have i have some
    suggestions, thank you.

    Hey a Tricky,

    Quick question, are you using a play and charge kit?

    If using one and it is still connected to the controller it will keep running until the controller is charged (that doesn't explain unglugging the Ethernet however)

    So I had this issue with my original xbox one too but before I paid to get it fixed I borrowed my brother power brick to see if it would work and it did.Check to see if it's not the power brick.
