If we may ask, have you tried resetting your internal power supply? If not yet, follow these steps:

• Unplug the power cord from the console.
  
• Wait 10 seconds.
  
• Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.
  

Additionally, if you have trouble connecting through our live support, you can use different devices and connect to different internet connection like using mobile data. 1. When did the issue start of not getting no signal when connecting your Xbox console to your TV?

2. Has there been any changes with the Xbox console or the TV before this issue happen?

3. What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

1. Have you tried connecting the HDMI cable to different HDMI port of your TV?

2. Try connecting your Xbox console to different TV if possible or use different monitor?

You should try contacting support again, maybe by attempting to make the request from a different browser or by clearing the cache and browsing history from the one you're using. I'm not sure if you've already done this, but sometimes it can help resolve errors that have occurred in your browser.

If you've already done it or if you continue to receive errors, please let me know, and I will try to forward it to the relevant department.
I also kindly ask you to let me know if you receive a code or an error message.

Allow me to give you a piece of my personal experience advice. You could try disconnecting the power source for 5 minutes and then restarting the console.

Hi there,

The issue started after a power outage in my flat.

I’ve tried using another port and another display to no avail. I’ve also tried to start the console up in “safe mode” by holding the sync button but this isn’t working.

The contact us system isn’t allowing me to request a callback and I am still getting an error when requesting a service. I have tried other browsers as well as private browsing.
