Well you can stil use the xbox however xbox live is not required for gameplay only for online play and is also a premium feature meaning you still have to pay for it extra .

As stated on the box it's only available in the supported regions

I know that online gaming is not reqiured for gameplay and i will have to pay for it extra, but for some of the games online gaming is much better than single player, for example, call of duty or kinect sports. And even games are much cheaper than ones in
local stores.

It depends on the laws and regulations for your country. Microsoft has to work within those bounds and it's a slow process to expand.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Sorry tot hear about the issue with live not in your region. Think the best thing you could do here, is find like gamers in your area and ask them how they game. As changing regions is considered marketplace
fraud if you do not live in that region.
