Xbox not showing that I own a game

In 2017 I made the decision to buy Fallout 4 on my Xbox one at the time. A couple of months later I also decided to buy the far harbor and Nuka-world DLCs for the game. I had a lot of fun but I eventually decided to uninstall the game as I was starting to get bored of it. Time passed and I got the Xbox Series X in May of 2021. I had no problems whatsoever transferring my games bought on my account on the Xbox one and on my storage device onto my new Xbox Series X. Not long after getting the Xbox Series X I also game shared with a friend who has game pass. Now, a couple of months ago I decided that I was going to reinstall Fallout 4 and play some more of it. After reinstalling it I played it for a couple of days and I even remember beating a part of the Far Harbor DLC. Yesterday, however, I tried to play Fallout 4 again, and I noticed that it said game pass when I loaded the game up. I figured it was just because it was also a game that was on game pass but when I tried to load up my last save, it said that far harbor wasn't included. I checked the game's downloads and addons and it said I had Far Harbor and Nuka-world installed on it. I thought there was a problem with the game so I uninstalled and when I checked to reinstall it from my full library, Fallout 4 wasn't on the list. I checked the store and it offered me to buy it for $20 as well as the Far Harbor DLC for $15. Instead, I reinstalled it with game pass but only the Nuka-world DLC was available for download. I checked my Microsoft account's order history and only found the Nuka-world DLC purchased in March of 2017 but no Fallout 4 or Far Harbor. I tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled it on my Xbox's internal storage instead of onto my external storage system. I signed into all the accounts that were on my original Xbox (I know I didn't purchase the game on them because they were only on the Xbox and not signed in ever). I followed all the Xbox support forums I could find but nothing has worked.

It was a long post but if anyone has experienced something similar or knows a way to get my game/DLC back and wants to tell me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
