Xbox not showing I am a premium user

Bf4 dragons teeth not downloading at all on Xbox one

not showing in store for myself either. I am a premium member. any suggestions?

It has stopped showing me as Premium User

Several months ago I upgraded to the Premium Edition. It shows that I'm playing the Premium Edition and when it syncs the data I'm logged in with my User name and the Avatar. But a couple weeks ago, when I play in an event like the the one active today "World
Tour", it stopped showing me in the standings as a Premium User. Other premium features still work, like in the Daily Challanges it gives me the Premium User coins. The problem seems to be only with Events. How do I correct this?

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up.

Be also aware that this moring there were some issues with xbox live services, now fixed, that may have caused your issue. If problem persist instead, then revert to previous suggestions.

I am signed up for premium, but I am still seeing ads. My status is not showing as premium. This started yesterday Aug. 7th.
