    Xbox not saving unblock/unmuting someone


    So I blocked a user around 6 months ago, and recently I tried to unblock him. I was in a party at the time with one other person, and when the blocked user came in the party I tried to unblock him. When I entered his profile, I unmuted
    then unblocked him, and added as a friend. When I returned to my party, he was still muted and blocked. I then added him as a friend, and not only was he still blocked, but there was a chance it wouldn't even let me unfriend him as well. I've looked everywhere
    for a solution, and no one has had this problem. Please help

    @hister only you would be able to send them a message to unblock them. they can not send you a message because it will be blocked

    If it's just that specific friend, I'd tell him to mute you and then unmute or even block and unblock

    same problem your pretty much ****, xbox support just reads you the same script they do with every problem power down your console and nothing ever changes

    How unblock comunications with a friend?

    Go to your friends profile and click the unblock button. Also make sure he is not muted. If it is click the unmute button too.
