    xbox not recognizing profile as owner profile


    i switched my hard drive from one xbox 360 to another because the first one red ringed a couple of months ago and the one i am currently using does not recognize my profile as the owner of my games, can anyone help me?

    You need to transfer the licenses from one Xbox to the new one, for that you need to go to your account billing configuration and select license transfer

    I have not given him any purchase procedure, if he asks you to buy the game, it is because he is not recognizing the purchase of the profile he is using.

    unfortunately there are no links to the native windows application, it's a configuration.

    I'm having the same problem. I'm connected to Xbox Live, but it doesn't recognize my profile. Says my profile is not signed into Xbox Live.

    what do you mean non xbox profiles? cause there is no other type of profiles

    well then keep it along your usb drive

    no an xbox will only recognize 2 drives in 1 console

    When you say giving your credentials to someone else to play on Console B, whaaat... Only the owner profile can play on a xbox other than the console that has license.

    And I just did a test for a random thing, I put a game onto a usb and downloaded xbox updates. No other device connected. With no profile on the device at all, I selected the game and it worked (obviously offline). I then downloaded a NON owner profile onto
    the usb and the game loaded fine and online worked. So the owner profile does not even need to be on the console anymore to be able to play the games. But neways... blaaahh...
