Xbox not loading any streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime)

To confirm, you already performed a factory reset (keep your games & apps)?

To further isolate the issue, please try to sign in a different Xbox account or profile and see if it could access your streaming applications.

Alternatively, please try to connect your console using a different network network. You could use your mobile data hotspot.

If none of it works, please submit a report or file a bug directly to Team Xbox for them to investigate it properly.

Me and my older brother have been having the same issues as well, the only streaming thing that works is YouTube but stuff like Disney and Netflix don't. We've also been having our games crash, and installing games is impossible. We've tried resetting the Xbox multiple times and trying different accounts, resetting the internet, clearing the cache, the only thing we haven't tried is uninstalling the apps that don't work because we know that we won't be able to reinstall it. This issue has been happening for around 2 weeks.

Yes, you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime & Hulu on the Xbox. You will need the controller to do it, unless you purchase a remote control specifically for the Xbox

After the suggested restart and remove and reinstall try checking to see if the Netflix app is down. Hulu and Netflix sometimes have load issues based on the device it is being launched on from the streaming services not xbox.
