    xbox not fully connecting


    My son's xbox says it is connected, we have joined xbox live and have a profile, BUT when he goes to the Avatar Store and Fifa 16 live it says we are not connected? We have tried the connection test, and have re-entered the username/password but no luck!

    Is anyone else's Live messing up for them atm?

    I'm fully connected to the internet, just not to xbox live. ever since the last update i've only had problems with connecting to xbl. this is stupid.

    if the console is not connected to hdmi then usually it never fully boots, it waits for a signal that its connected to hdmi before fully booting.

    the app would normally autodetect the console.
