    Xbox Not Appearing on Xbox Insider App


    I recently installed the Xbox Insider app. My Xbox Series X is registered to my account, and I can see it on the website with no issues. When I go to Settings -> Manage Devices on the Xbox Insider app, the Xbox I'm on isn't listed (there are no devices at all listed). I've tried restarting my Xbox, signing in and out of my profile, and reinstalling the app. I called Microsoft support, who confirmed this was an issue but were unable to help me and suggested that I post here. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello there, and thanks for being an Xbox Insider on PC! Can you confirm for me that you have the latest updates to the Insiders' version of the Xbox App installed? As in, when you go to the Microsoft Store, there's no additional updates pending for the Xbox app after the beginning of this month?

    So you're aware, this is a known issue that was being investigated in the preview versions of the Xbox app, and the latest updates to the Xbox app for Insiders included some fixes for the problem--though it appears to still be happening. If you have the latest updates, and you are still experiencing this problem, it is crucial that as an Insider you submit a bug report through the Xbox app so that our teams can continue to investigate and fix the problem.

    To submit a bug report from the Xbox app:

    1. Select your profile icon
    2. Select Feedback
    3. Select Report a Problem in the prompt that appears
    4. Complete the report in the Feedback Hub app when it's pulled up

    Sorry, the information was not very clear. To report an issue on Xbox without being Insiders you need to install an app called ''report an problem'' when you press the Xbox button on the controller the option to report an issue will appear.
