    Hello LudovicPICHOU,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend using an article entitled

Troubleshoot Changing Online Safety or Privacy Settings on Xbox One
in order to resolve the issue. The link also has an option to change the privacy settings online if the console is not allowing the change. Be sure to let us know the results!

  3. Removing games from child account

H there, I'm not familiar with allowing and not allowing specific games as I thought it was by the rating, but I would suggest going through the following link. You can change the privacy settings to allow certain content and hopefully block the game you're
    speaking of:

Xbox not allowing to change Privacy Settings

If this is not a glitch with the website this could be due to your Xbox account being a child/teen account while your Microsoft account is an adult account. There is no way to change your Xbox account's date of birth as it's connected with the date of birth
entered when creating your account - it's permanent and Xbox support can't change it, either.

If that is so, you will need an adult to create an account, invite you to a family group and change some privacy settings for you.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12417/microsoft-account-add-members-to-family

On your adult account go here
    https://account.xbox.com/Settings
and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice,
text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online.

Can you try on another browser?

On windows 10 go to Start > type Edge (or internet explorer) and try the settings on those browsers.

I joined a minecraft realm with my friend yesterday but then today when i tried to get back on today it said i needed game pass to join my friends on minecraft now. why is this the case?

To change the Minecraft Realm privacy for everyone, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Xbox account.
Open the Xbox app and select “Minecraft.”
Select “Settings” and then “Privacy and security.”
Select “Change online privacy and security settings.”
Select “Everyone” to allow anyone to join your Realm, or select “Friends” to allow only your friends to join.
    Save the changes.
