    Olá, pessoal, tudo bem?

    Meu nome é Arthur Estigarribia, sou estudante universitário da Furg e usuário do Windows 10 (atualização de abril de 2018).

    Mais uma vez, estou enfrentando problemas, desta vez com o Xbox no Windows 10. Depois de algum tempo sem aparecer aqui (devido a problemas na faculdade), voltei para relatá-lo.

    Fui experimentar hoje o novo editor de avatares do Xbox para o Windows 10 (disponível na Loja), mas deu o seguinte erro:

    Não foi possível carregar seu avatar.

    Algo deu errado. Não foi possível carregar seu avatar.

    A mensagem não me mostrou código de erro algum, e mesmo tentando de novo (ou reiniciando o app ou o Windows) o erro persiste. Não pude tirar print porque não consegui colá-lo aqui.

    Meu notebook é um Acer Aspire, tem 8 GB de RAM e mais de 800 GB de espaço livre no HD (de um total de 1 TB).

    O que será que está acontecendo? O serviço está realmente fora do ar, é incompatibilidade mesmo (embora meu PC tenha placa gráfica) ou é algum bug do app?

    My name is Arthur Estigarribia, I'm a university student at Furg and a Windows 10 user (April 2018 update).

    Once again, I'm experiencing problems, this time with the Xbox on Windows 10. After some time without appearing here (due to problems in college), I came back to report it.

    I went to try today the new avatar Editor from Xbox for Windows 10 (available in the store) but gave the following error:

    Could not load your avatar.

    Something went wrong. Could not load your avatar.

    The message did not show me any error code, and even trying again (or restarting the app or Windows) the error persists. I couldn't get a print off because I couldn't glue it here.

    My notebook is an Acer Aspire, has 8 GB of RAM and more than 800 GB of free space in the HD (out of a total of 1 TB).



    I wonder what's going on. The service is really out of the air, is incompatibility even (although my PC has graphics card) or is it some bug of the app?

    Você já tentou utlizar
    o aplicativo do windows 10     para editar seu avatar?
    já tentei no aplicativo no pc já tentei em outro xbox, sempre o mesmo erro. O problema parece ser na conta, pois quando eu entro com outra conta o aplicativo funciona normalmente.

    If you are directly attempting to achieve this through the app, we have a suggestion for you to try out:

    Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
    *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



    4. Hit Enter.



    Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

    Try this for us and let us know if this works.

    Acabei de terminar o processo de instalação da outra versão do windows 10.

    Como prometido, vir aqui afirmar a resolução do problema que, sim, deu certo.

    Caso alguém esteja tendo o mesmo problemas troque a versão do windows 10 ou der um jeito de instalar o xbox no PC
