Xbox no server synchronize on Windows 11 after change Microsoft account email

Hello!

I changed Microsoft account email.
I deleted old email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.
After that, I started problems with Xbox games on PC. Minecraft I can not enter the account at all, in other games there is no connection to the server and there is an opportunity to play only offline. I did not know that I could not return my old email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, since Live.ru was already disconnected and these email addresses no longer work.
I do not know how to correct the situation, tried to change the settings, drivers and much more. But, nothing changes.

When I turn on the Xbox application on the PC, my account is inactive. When entering the account, the pop-up window twitches several times, but then I see my purchased games, the store works and I can see the account settings.

But, the problem with the games remains, the game servers are not covered.

What should I do in such a situation? Can someone help?

In that case, we would suggest you to contact the Minecraft Support so you will be assisted with the issue regarding ownership of Minecraft license (letting them know that you have updated your Microsoft Alias). For they are the right people who can answer the questions regarding this, please use this link - Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

Going back to your main concern which is synchronization and playing games offline.

May we ask you still have issues with synchronization for other games?
Will you be able to play online now?
What games are you referring to?

Regarding @live.ru email domain it is actually a country specific email address and can be accessed through Outlook webmail - Outlook – free personal email and calendar from Microsoft (live.com). So you can easily switch from @live.ru and @outlook.com on Outlook webmail.

May we know if you have checked the PC Settings now if it shows your current primary email address? If not yet, you may try to restart your device and resolve the warning message if you noticed this symbol -

on PC Settings.

My current primary email address in the PC Settings is @outlook.com.

Windows 11 works correctly.

The Xbox status shows the status key is limited - games and gameplay.

My old email from @live.ru does not work and it is possible to return it back. Domain live.ru was turned off, and I did not know about it. I think therefore there is no synchronization with my account.

Maybe my location is an additional reason. My account region is Russia, and now I am temporarily in Georgia.

Remember that to work the account in the games you need to log in the account both in the microsoft store and in the xbox app.

I have only one Microsoft Account, where I changed my email to ***@outlook.com. All your purchases for all the time I continue to see in my account in the journal of orders.

Log in Xbox on PC I can also see my purchased games too. But, I can only play offline, and minecraft can not catch my xbox account.
