    Newsletter issue

    The Spam (or Trash) filter dos not have any of the Xbox Newsletter in there. My last newsletter was been sent to me at October 20th, 2012. It talks about the usage of my Xbox account on a Windows 8.

    I receive absolutely no Xbox related emails at all?

    On that Contact Preferences link, are you signed up for the newsletter? If not, I would try signing up for it just to see if it sends you the newsletter.
