    Media player app / Windows 10 PC

    I upgraded mine over the weekend and had to setup Media Sharing & Homegroup again and then the Xbox Media Player App displayed my Windows 10 Laptop.

    Think all that is under Settings, Network & Internet and then Homegroup & Network & Sharing Centre. Make sure you share everything to your network and without a password enable.

    360 Slim Doesn't See Network

    My Xbox360 Slim wont see my wireless network. Every other device in my house connects to the network flawlessly. My Xbox occasionally sees my neighbours network. To be clear, it's not that my Xbox won't connect to the network, it usually claims there are no networks to connect to. Any help?

    Hi! This really depends on your individual setup in your house which is why you should run a network test on your Xbox One in order to find out why you have a slow connection: Network Settings on Xbox One

    yeah -i tried watching a few vids from my dashboard and about every other word is interrupted by 20 seconds of buferring-funny that the ads stream just fine

    Is there any more information you can give us?

    If you go in to your network settings on the xbox does it show that you have an IP address for the network?

    > Settings

    > Network Settings

    > Advanced Settings

    On the right what does it show up?

    If you perform a network test in settings does it give any errors:

    > Settings

    > Network Settings

    > Test Network Connection

    Thank you for your prompt response and truly apologized for some delay in our end.

    We have replicated the issue in our end and due to some changes, "Xbox Network" can no longer be found in Xbox Console companion app which it was used to be found there. It is because the app is now retiring and we will be moving to Xbox app for Windows 10. Most games will report to you your network status. You can also use the network tools in windows for your internet connection settings.

    If you have issue with the game like cannot play online multiplayer let us know so that we can provide further assistance.
