    Why is the latency 161ms connected through ethernet.

    Horrible issues with xbox one conection

    I dont know why but my detalles network statistic say

    Download speed 0.98mbps

    Upload speed 0.04 mbps

    Packet loss 34%

    Mtu 1480

    Latency 2149

    Which aré obiously not my valúes or i would not be able to play any game on anything

    High packet loss

    I Keep getting a high packet loss when testing my multiplayer connection on my xbox one. i have a detailed network statistic that reads,

    DLspeed:16.35mbps

    ULspeed:10.61mbps

    DLPL:0%

    UPPL:20%

    MTU:1480

    LATENCY:83ms

    This network statistic varies after repeatedly checking over and over i have got two good readings with 0% upload packet loss but I saw that my download and upload speed had dramatically decreased. I went through all xbox support troubleshooting steps and
    even called my ISP(cox) they said everything looked fine although I do have a work order for them to come out and check everything thoroughly. Any info would be appreciated, Thanks.

    This could be for any number of reasons and there is no real fix for this as it is depending on the game your playing or the server you are going through, for me in South Africa a latency of 161ms is seen as pretty good when i'm playing online games as we
    don't have local servers.

    Let's check the network speed and statistics on your Xbox console.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Speed & Statistics.

    Please provide me with the following:

    Download Speed

    Upload Speed

    Latency

    Wireless Strength

    There are many factors that are causing this issue which we will validate.

    Xbox 360 Network Statistics not working correctly

    I have the same issue. My Internet connection is 500/20 with 10-20ms latency and it usually performs these numbers, but using Network statistics in my Xbox 360 it shows 180-190ms latency, 12.85Mbps upload and 0.01Mbps download.

    Probably the service is down and the newer gen xbox consoles use different service for this statistics.

    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

    Please try to check your latency as well as your packet loss by going to Settings>Network>Detailed Network Statistics. It would be a problem if your latency will go over 100ms. If so, please do contact your ISP if there is a latency issue in your area.
