    Hi. I am having issues with my Xbox X. My Xbox is connected to the Wifi yet telling me i'm not connected to the Xbox Network. I have restarted console and internet and still not working. I've deleted my account to try and re sign in and now it's not signing me back in. Please can someone help me?

    Hi Kyle. I have changed my password now and am back online. It seems somehow someone has hacked my account, locked me out and cloned my card. Card and all transactions are now froze, dead so hopefully the issue is permenantly resolved! Thank you for replying.

    Same sort of problem here. Since this morning I cannot connect to XBOX live anymore. Error message 0x87DD0006 in the login screen of the XBOX App under Windows 10. Non of the suggested fixes worked. I suspect this service outage is some XBOX server or network issue.

    Hi Ryan. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Are you getting any error messages or error codes when trying to sign in? Please provide screenshots of this issue if possible.

    I advise trying a LAN cable connection instead if possible. If the issue persists over LAN, or you can not use a LAN cable, you could test a different WiFi network such as a mobile hotspot to help diagnose this issue.

    Xbox app chat not working on IPhone Xr

    Sounds strange, it could be a temporary network issue (although xbox live services are currently showing as normal). Can you connect to chat normally on your xbox? I would suggest signing out of the xbox app on your iPhone, deleting and re-installing
    and then signing back in.
