Xbox Network Problem: "Teredo is unable to qualify" (PC)

I had this Problem since I wanted to play Forza Horizon 4 (PC) online a few years ago. After severeal tries, I gave up. Now I bought Forza Horizon 5 (PC) and really don't want to miss all Online-Features again.

In my Xbox-Networking I get the following Information:

Internet connetction: Connected

Xbox Live services: Up and running
NAT Type: Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games
Server connectivity: Blocked. This could block you from playing multiplayer games

Here is, what I tried until now:

- Released all Xbox and Forza Horizon 5 Ports in my Router manuelly

I already wrote with the Microsoft-support-chat and they where even more lost, than I am.
Please help!

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Sure, then go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. If you’re having a similar problem on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab.

Look for NAT Type. If the status says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

first thanks for the reponse and I hope, you are well, too

Sorry for taking that long to response. I did every Step from above, but the problem is still there. The only Part, i couldn't try was the Part with the "DMZ zone configuration", because my FritzBox doesn't support DMZ. Other than that I tried everything, including restoring my PC's OS via the ISO image tool.

I can't believe, how much time I already spend in that Problem and I really don't know, what I'm doing wrong.

Also, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

If any of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.
