Xbox needs to sort their enforcement

hi

I'm am posting on behalf of my son Prime reborn 2412 ,

On his bio I have wrote about the problems he has, ADHD, anxiety disorder ,

The reason I wrote this on his bio is so people can understand and know before joining him to play,

On the most part the people that join him on his games are nice, decent, understanding people.

My son is a very loving but emotional person, he takes everything people say to heart good or bad, recently he has had a few join him to play just to wind him up and try and get his back up,

On the most part he deals with it quite well but sometimes he gives it back,

He has had people on there, insulting him, trying to scam his stuff off him and instead of running to Xbox everything I tell him to ignore them and block, but twice now he has been banned, his now recent ban lasts for 2 weeks till 1st November,

I have tried to contact the enforcement team but good luck, it's all robotic can't actually talk to a human being,

But yet these so called enforcement team can ban who they like, when they like and for how long they like,

My son has been playing xbox for years with no problems, but recently he's had a lot of problems with small minded people, but that's OK they can insult and bully him but he's not allowed to give it back and he gets banned,

XBOX YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY SORT YOURSELVES OUT, FIND THE CULPRITS OF THE BULLYING AND GET A PHONE LINE AND STOP HIDING BEHIND EMAILS ETC

IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER AS I DO NOT ACCEPT MY DISABLED SON BEING BANNED FOR TRYING TO DEFEND HIMSELF AND THE PEOPLE BULLYING STILL HAVING THE FREEDOM TO PLAY,

XBOX MMw keeps disconnecting

all i have to say is xbox need to sort their *** *** out they are a multi billion company and keep getting *** stupid problems with their servers, sort your *** out Microsoft/Xbox or upgrade your stupid technology.

He can view his ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there. If it is a child account, the parent account would have to do this. This is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

There was recently a known issue at the moment with connectivity to xbox live servers. Always check the xbox live status page to see if there is a known issue. If no known issue, there is something going on where you are, if known, nothing to do but sit
tight and wait it out. Here is the status page:

if you don't see an issue with the service, restart your modem and wireless router, if you have one, spotty internet can cause these problems as well. Also test your internet connection at
http://www.speedtest.net if it is slow, contact your ISP to troubleshoot your slow internet, which can also cause these problems.

To be completely honest. Microsoft does not give any ****s about any customers or their condition. Thats why the Xbox community is getting smaller and PC and PlayStation are getting bigger. Anyway if you want to provide proof you need to
