Xbox needs to fix the report process - Falsely Reported (lost ALL comms)

ok so i was playing Rainbow 6 Seige right and i get one of the enemy down, another teammate went to the DOWNED enemy and killed him taking me kill so i shot him in the foot. telling him to piss off (no saying it just showing it). then he TKs me. (in Rainbow
it is a known thing to shoot someone in the foot for destroying/killing your person when you did all the work to get them down, ask any player) After that round he Tked me again. and i told him that that i shot him cause he stole my kill then he msged me saying
"your a idoit." my reply saying "idiot*" fixing his spelling if idiot. He reply back saying "REPORTED". then started saying "HAHAHAHAHA.

After a second i was trying to msg him back say "WHAT EVER DUDE", but it said i couldn't send msg due to him !!FALSELY REPORTING ME!! Then (note im in a party with a friend in the game). my profile reloads i join back the party and it saying that my communication
was taken from me even the only people i ever go on mic with is people i know.

So my point is that xbox need to make a better reporting system cause why are we playing on a system were people can be punished cause other people are mad for $60 a year, If you have a xbox 1/360 you will atleast 1 time be falsely report by a 4 year old.

Ik that you guys can edit the punishment and ill just have to deal with it. idk if its a Permanent banded from comms. cause ive been faslsey reported b4 for the same dumb stuff, but i want you guys to fix this problem by making them show some kind of proof.

The gammertag of this kid is "MasterStickiez". check my msges if you want casue what i said is what happened but i want this kid to be punished. if you cant do that then thats just bull in my opinion. ENFORCEMENT TEAM READ THIS

I have been trying to solve this problem for 8 MONTHS and I'm getting no where! Xbox support won't help and there's no way to direct contact!!!!!!!! My account is a target, people report me every day because my skill level makes them angry! I get falsely
reported all the time and I keep getting banned for it, please stop letting people falsely report me because they're anygry! My account is suffering and I've been a loyal member for 10 years! My "avoid me " reputation makes me a target and people think I'm
a bad person and they know if they report me I'll get banned, meanwhile I'm forced to play with other player who have "needs work" reputation who want to yell, swear, and argue and I just want to play the game! Please fix my reputation and un ban me, I'm being
falsely reported!

while you can get falsely reported you cannot get banned for doing nothing, If you received a comms ban then you would have had to have sent the payer a message for the enforcement team to issue a suspension.

Your only option is the case review process

Unfortunately, Xbox Support, the Xbox Ambassadors and this forum aren't involved in the enforcement process. All you can do is report somebody if they're breached the Xbox Live code of conduct. If they have falsely reported you then you have nothing to
worry about. The enforcement team will investigate the report, if they find you've done nothing wrong then nothing will happen.

So i was falsely reported and there is no way to contact xbox enforcement team which makes no sense at all. I submitted a Cade review and i believe there needs to be a way to contact them directly in moments where someone has been banned for a false claim/ report. If anyone knows who to contact the enforcement team directly please let me know and respond.

The case review process is the one and only way to contact the enforcement team.

Technically reporting from your account would flag as a false report. If you reported via your sons account, then enforcement will have all the data they need. They will take action, it just can take time.
