    Xbox Needs Restart After Every Store Purchase to Access Full Library


    For the last 6 days (around the time of the new Alpha Update) every time I download something from the Store (buy or free) i am unable to see the purchase options and prices for anything else on the store as well as unable to access my Full Library under My Games & Apps or Report A Problem until a Full restart is performed. Ever single time.

    The Xbox Series X has also been getting 1% packet loss as well. I have restarted my router, and swapped out Ethernet cables. The issue persists, and is not present on any other devices (PS5, Switch, Laptop, Phone) so it is also likely connected to the update since it started the same time as well.

    Where can I find my code?

    Was it purchased through All Access? If so, check under either Settings then Account or Games and Apps then Full Library for a section for "Include with this Xbox" and it should list the code there.

    Thanks, as you purchased the game from the Microsoft Store you can access to it via Xbox PC app in your PC

    You just need to open the app > select My Library and the game should appear there ready to be installed

    The game has been delisted. If you had it through game pass it's no longer accessible. If you purchased it you can find it in your full library.
