Xbox needs improvements please make correction

If all your console settings are correct you may need a software update.

• Make sure the sound is not muted and the volume is turned up on your TV.
• Make sure the
  console audio settings are correct for your combination of TV and cables.
• Update your console software.

You guys can't fight the fact that the beta is going to hurt sales. If you are making a product you should do everything in your power to send the correct message to the customers. The beta is not sending a good message to most of the players. I know
at least 6 friends who canceled their pre-order because of the beta. I really hope DICE can improve the graphics and game play because COD needs to be pushed by other shooters to improve. Just like Xbox 360 needs PS3 to do well.

Just to make sure we are on the same page; can you please confirm that your Xbox Series X is on basement, and it is connected to the internet through Wi-Fi while the Xbox One is connected to the ethernet cable and is located on second floor?

If that is correct, it looks like you need to strengthen the network connection so you can play on both consoles without interruption. The source of the internet will interfere with this setup. For more details about interference, please check:

Although the signal of the network is high or the usage is low for the internet, the interference can really disrupt the ability for you to play smoothly. Which in this case, you will need to contact your Internet service provider.

If you do not receive a response here from an Official Xbox Support member, then please contact Xbox via phone or chat support.

While you wait, please make sure your region is correct on your Xbox, on your Microsoft Account, and it shouldnt be needed but you could also make sure your Router/Modem shows the correct location. Just to make sure their are no hiccups in getting this issue
resolved for you.

Then what do you mean when you say "I tried going in with component cables" is this not the AV or HDTV cables?
