Xbox Nat Type and Server connectivity blocked after changing region

After investigating, I found a solution that may work for you. Try changing your devices time to set automatically:

1. Click the Start button (Windows logo) and select "Settings"
   
2. Select "Time & Language" and then click "Date & Time"
   

From there, you should see the ability to set your time automatically. Once you've set it, restart your device and check to see if you are still having connectivity issues.

If you are using a VPN program, try disabling or uninstalling the app to see if it helps as it may interfere with connectivity.

Tried everything on that page too, nothing worked. One thing I forgot to mention though: in the Xbox networking section of the Settings, it initially lists both the NAT Type and Server connectivity as blocked. However when I click fix it and then check again, the NAT Type is no longer blocked, it then says Moderate. Though Server connectivity is still blocked, and when I restart my computer NAT Type goes back to being blocked.

I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

Nat Type says Teredo is unable to qualify. Server connectivity says blocked.

Now my nat type says open but my server connectivity is blocked
