    Xbox music. Problem


    I've bought a few songs on Xbox music and then updated my phone to 8.1 and now its saying I can't listen to them because I don't have the right license but I don't know how I got the wrong one or lost it the songs show up in my music like the ablum and tracks
    but I just can't redownload or buy them or listen to them so what can I do

    Does your device have an active Internet connection when this happens?

    If not, make sure that it does and try again. It may just need to refresh the information about your subscription.

    If that doesn't help, could you log in at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and under Subscriptions, check whether it says you have an Xbox Music Pass? We just want to confirm that it went through.
