    Xbox Music / Groove Billing Issue


    Hello,

    I have been charged three times over the last three months for a Xbox Music / Groove subscription I cannot use. If I open the app, either on Windows or on my phone, the software thinks I'm not subscribed, which is not true.

    I contacted Groove Support who sent me to billing support of Microsoft Store and then they sent me to Xbox support.

    Would it be possible to resolve the issue and either refund me for the three months of unusuable subscription or let me use it freely for the upcoming three month?

    Groove Music on Xbox doesn't show local music files

    I've added my local music files to Xbox File Explorer - Music folder, but when I opened Groove Music, it doesn't show up on My Music section.

    According to Xbox support
    here    , I can add local music files to Groove Music but the only option I see from the app is to play music uploaded on OneDrive. Is there a way to fix this issue?

    Are you using the old Music app or the new Groove app. Microsoft changed from Xbox Music to Groove recently.
