Xbox movies won't let me buy

My Xbox will not allow me to purchase a movie. The movie is Batman vs Superman. The error message says " Important reminder: This Xbox 1 cant play purchased movies or TV shows. If you b u y something, you will use real money and you wont be able to play
what you buy."

Can't purchase movies and tv on Xbox one.

Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
it going to the purchase phase.

Same here is called x box support and they pointed me to the forums but they said it's most likely the dashboard previews app causing it but I don't see anything in the app that leads to anot obvious reason that it's what is causing the can't buy,rent just
aint care crap...

I have been having this problem for 3 weeks now! Have talked to several Microsoft techs and no one seems to have a solution! I have tried everything they have suggested and everything I could think of. Never had any problem before the latest update, have
reset the Xbox more than once and uninstalled reinstalled my video apps several times. If anyone has any solution to this problem please post!

Talked to a Microsoft rep yesterday, said the problem was on there end and that they were working on it. The only solution he gave was to rent or buy the movie from the Microsoft store on line than play it on your Xbox if you so desire, it works just in
convent!

i am currently on the phone with the tech support over this very same issue. she is unable to comprehend that i am not getting a error message but a "important reminder" message. She has also stated that i am the 1st one to come to x box with this problem.
i laughed at that as i had this page open at the time. this is a issue and Microsoft is just ignoring it. we purchased this content and should be able to watch it. the fact that they told me i was the 1st when clearly i am not means that they have no open
tickets about this in their system. in short they are not even looking in to this problem thats been going on for at least a month. its not even a 3rd party app either but a microsoft app (that was called "xbox video" before update to boot) thats the problem.

i would like to add that i have been on hold for 20 min. now in a 42min conversation.

Hey there AyaYoussef1,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.

There is an outage on purchase process til now , so i think its just that the issue.

Please check > https://support.xbox.com wait all green status about purchase and then try again to buy it.
