Bug to Mojang, as they are the ones who would have to fix it within the game application. Microsoft does own them, but they are the development team who would have to do the work to fix it. And Microsoft does support Keyboard and Mouse for the system
and in games, but they only control how it works at the OS level navigation and use, and not how it is implemented in games, as that is up to a design choice in the game for the developers.

Hi, it may be an in game bug. Do you have warframe as that too is mouse and keyboard and you could check the function of the mouse there. You can also go into settings>kinect & devices>devices & accessories and you will see mouse, you can try to alter
the speed in there to see if it helps.
