Xbox Mortal Shell “Fun Guy” Achievement

Hi, I’m having trouble unlocking an achievement for the game Mortal Shell. It is called “Fun Guy” and states “Pick 50 mushrooms”. I have picked well over 50 mushrooms and for some reason it’s progress is staying at 90%. I have tried doing it on multiple saves. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I’ve tried having all 50 in my inventory at once. I can still earn other achievements in this game and others but for some unknown reason this one isn’t working. I’ve tried making sure I’m connected to the Xbox network and restarting my console and doing all the solutions Xbox provides me but nothing works. Also can’t find anyone else having the same problem online either. Any ideas on how to help?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware then check again. Also, it may take 72 hours for the achievement to sync.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Are you pertaining to the "The Virtuous Cycle" DLC? If yes, I apologize but the DLC is for Xbox consoles only, it's not available on PC.

You may need to request a refund for the transaction that you have made via https://xbox.com/refunds.
