You should be able to cancel your subscription at
http://commerce.microsoft.com and can remove the card after the subscription ends. Or you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I contacted support 3 times regarding the issue and all they ever say is to come post on this forums, but if there are no admin/mods actually working the forums then it will never get resolved, because calling them or tweeting them or live chatting with
them wont resolve it they say only posting here will have the chance to fix it...

lol that site is a joke. There's no actual category for this topic. Somebody will talk with you, tell you they don't handle this issue, then contact somebody from support, then they will tell you to post here under "SALES & PROMOTION". Do you guys know this?

Ambassadors don't know everything that goes on, you could have just said i have contacted them before via that link and they have said post in the sales and promotion thread minus condescending matter.
