Hello guys i went to the shop and i bought 2 Xbox live gift cards ( 50 euros each ) and i was connected on the wrong account on my Xbox when i entered the codes is it possible to transfer the money to my secondary account because i wanted to buy fifa points
but on my secondary account

Yes fifa points are the things you can buy card packs with (which you buy fifa points with real money).

the things you are mistaking for points is your EASFC Level which is a completely different thing.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. Now, in regards to the Xbox live gift cards being redeemed on the wrong account. Unfortunately, currently there isn't a way to transfer the money from one account to the other. The best thing here would be to see if you
could gift yourself a different item to make use of the money. As I believe that in game currency isn't an item that works with the 'buy as a gift' feature.

Ask for a refund then you'll get the money back on your acount and the you can buy the fifa points for fifa 19
