Sorry to hear there is an issue with registering your console.

The serial number can be found on the back of the console on a sticker

(It'll say "SN" then have a set of numbers)

If you need to contact Xbox support then please fill out a Call back request.

2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
