    Xbox Mobile App Stuck Loop


    Hi,

    I am wondering if other people have had the same experience on the Xbox Mobile App. If you have two-step verification or an authenticator as an extra layer of security, it prevents you from successfully signing into the App? I never had this issue until
    this week.

    Anyone experiencing similar issues, and has anyone found a workaround for it?

    Thanks for this, I will try the DNS flush. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple machines in multiple locations and on mobile devices to no joy! Still stuck in the same loop.

    Yeah same thing happened to me as well. I logged out because it was having trouble signing in/connecting to XBL services. I thought logging out and back would help, but now it's stuck on the splash screen trying to load. The same thing has happened with the Xbox app. Xbox app on Android is now stuck in a login loop.

    Try it online.... not on Xbox.. you will find you are stuck in the parental loop the rest of us are
