xbox mobile app rewards tab has disappeared

Hello my name is zahir a independent advisor.

The following usually (it has always worked for me) gets the Rewards tab to re-appear in the app:

Change your mobile phone from Wi-Fi connection -> mobile data (or vice-versa).

Refresh the app by dragging down on it or simply close it and re-open it.

Your tab should re-appear. If it does then you can revert back to your normal connection method and the tab should still be there.

You can try to download the apps again on pc and mobile log in and check if it works.

My apologies and I totally understand where you are coming from.

I have tried the Bing search on my mobile rewards app and it seems to be working normally without the use of the "KI" button" upon using Bing search. Any letters I put don't disappear as well.

It seems the app itself has the error.

I would recommend you reinstall the Mobile rewards app for troubleshooting.

You can also try to disable the Contextual search under settings > search.

however, if this doesn't work, you may need to directly contact Microsoft Rewards Department as they have tools to fix your Mobile Rewards App here on this link:

here in Germany the mobile game pass app was removed a while ago and the Jewels quest is integrated in the Xbox app now.

Just click on your profile up left and scroll down.

But we all know that Rewards is different in different countries. It would be nice if you could let us know if it's the same in Ireland.

To access Xbox Clubs on the new Xbox App, you need to follow these steps:

1. Open the Xbox App on your PC or Mobile device.

2. Click on the "Social" tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on "Clubs" at the top of the screen.

4. Here, you will see a list of all the Clubs you are a member of. You can also search for new Clubs to join.

This doesn't work because the Xbox App on Pc has no Social Tab anywhere. The new Xbox App for PC basically is really only useful if you use Gamepass. It lacks many features the Xbox Companion App had. Clubs are no where to be found on it. As for the Mobile App, Same thing. The Social tab has no clubs anywhere. Thanks for the response though...
