Xbox mobile app - issue when filtering games from your library

Hi Matt55, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

On your mobile phone kindly download an Xbox App and from there go to your Library and filter it to "Games I own"

It's the same on PC. Using the Xbox App or Microsoft Store App.

In order for you to see your 360 games on your "My games and apps" library, you should filter it as there is no tab available for the 360 library but you can filter it to "Xbox 360 games & Xbox Original games".

You can redownload it from your download history. Under Games and Apps go to Full Library and then filter by ready to install and it should be listed there.

You can see your saved clips on the Xbox mobile app. To do so:

- Download the Xbox mobile app
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Library > Captures
- If you'd like to view clips only, tap on the filter icon and select "Game Clips".

In addition to this, you could also see your captures by uploading them to OneDrive and installing the OneDrive app on your phone.

When you go to your Xbox app, go to your Library, change the filter to owned games, see if the game comes up. Xbox app will show most games that you have the option to download it on the console but you will not be able to play it if you do not have the license from the account. That is why I wanted you to check if you can find the game bought from your order history because if that is not there, it could be on a different account. Orders will not be removed from the history as well.
