    Xbox mobile app doesn’t accurately show whether console is on or not


    On my xbox mobile app, after the update. The app always tells me that the console is on, even when it is off. As well as, when I turn on the xbox from the mobile app, I can’t turn it off with the mobile app, I have to physically go and turn it off. When
    I go to use remote play, it doesnt work im assuming because the app thinks that the console is on when its off. I have tried Deleting the xbox app off my phone, and reinstalling it, as well as hard reseting my xbox. I am not sure what to do, I only want to
    able to use remote play consistently.

    There doesn’t seem to be an issue with with console. It runs fine remote from my iPad. But it doesn’t on the phone.

    Have you tried removing your account from the console, then sign back in? Also check the Xbox mobile app, Xbox beta app, and Xbox Companion app to see if your profile shows the tenure there?

    Thank you so much for your speedy reply Georges. I would like to know how to connect the console to the xbox app on mobile devices. As for the console and app, I just wanted to access the app in order to check whether my friends are online, my saved clips and so on. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
