Xbox Mobile app crashing

This crash only happens when your in a party with someone who is about to go live, or currently live.problem never happened until most recent update. If a mobile xbox app user joins an xbox user who has gone live it crashes the devcie and forces back to homescreen. I’ve tried everythingi can think of to fix it. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app, and tried on a different device.

It could possibly be the type of device you’re on. If it’s a low-end device, you’re probably gonna experience a few crashes here and there. But it could be that the app needs an update. I use the Xbox App on an iPhone XR and I experience a few crashes
sometimes. But as I said, it might just need an update that’s all.

Yes its new, just got it a few months ago. As far as the cloud i’ve never been able to figure out how to actually delete anything from its memory. Feel like it should be simple but i feel dumb not being able to figure it out lol

Is the phone you got new by chance? I noticed when going from cloud to a new phone I also had issues with the app. Removing it completely from the cloud and manually installing it helped me.
