    Xbox: Mixer - webcam audio sync issue


    I just bought the Logitech c920 he webcam for streaming on mixer. Followers and viewers state that my voice doesn't match up with my video.

    I have the Xbox one x and I stream with the mixer app on the Xbox.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this or is a bug that needs fixed / implemented for Xbox.

    The camera must support NV12 or YUY2 video format, I cant find anything about the live vision format.]

    If you own a live vision camera you can try it.

    You can use a Webcam with the Xbox as long as it's compatible, not sure on the specifics of twitch, but I'm sure some other folks out there can answer that..

    Thanks for the reply and update on the issue. If this issue is occurring on the Xbox One. To help clarify:

    • What type of network connection are you using on the Xbox console?
    • Have you checked out the following article for webcams used for the best experience: Broadcast with a webcam on Mixer

    I recommend to also contact
    Mixer Support     for more assistance with streaming settings and troubleshooting.
