Xbox missing gamerscore and achievement issues

Hello, recently I have had issues regarding achievements on xbox. I was playing an xbox 360 game on xbox one and unlocked some achievements. The xbox 360 achievement list shows them to be unlocked however it says the total for the game is 640g unlocked even
though it should be 700g. It also says only 31 achievements have been unlocked while showing 35 unlocked. On top of this the xbox one achievement list is showing only 31 unlocked. This means that I am missing gamerscore from 3 achievements. I hope I have made
my problem clear and I will appreciate any solutions.

Can't sign in my profile/games not loading

Has anyone had issues with gamerscore not adding im missing 635 gamerscore from battlefield 4 its says i have 5 achievements on the game but when i look at the achievements it say i have 31 anyone know how i can fix this ?

 

Missing Gamerscore and unable to launch Xbox One achievement app

I am unable to open the Xbox One achievement app to view any achievements earned on the Xbox one. The 4,855 Gamerscore earned I have earned on the Xbox one is still viewable on the Xbox 360 at the top of my gamer card. However the 4,855 Gamerscore is missing
from my total.

On the Xbox 360, I am missing 29 achievements totaling 530 Gamerscore across 2 games that were unlocked on 12/27/14 that are showing unlocked when I view my achievements but not added into my Gamerscore.

Sorry to hear it. It could very well be a glitch in the system, especially if you've earned the achievements offline. Try deleting then redownloading your gamertag to see if that helps them pop. As these are achievements for backwards compatible titles
I would also recommend trying a delete and reinstall from the BC screen as well. Follow the instructions on how to do that
.

After doing that give it up to a week to see if they pop for you then.

 

Thank you for the quick reply. I have tried deleting and re-downloading my gamertag but unfortunately it has not solved the issue. I have only experienced this problem with Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga. Achievements have unlocked fine on other games.
I have contacted support four times but there doesn't seem to be a clear solution. If it is a glitch i hope it fixes soon.
