Xbox Minecraft World Disappeared From My Worlds List

I was on the game playing one of my old worlds one night and when tried playing on that same world the next day I noticed it had disappeared from my Worlds List. This is the fourth time something like this has happened and I'm confident I didn't delete
the world or mess with the save data on my Xbox and now I'm unsure of how to recover the lost world/worlds.

@butterandtoast are you sure the data saved on your hard drive? it could possibly be in there unless it was downloading before your Xbox shut off.
